Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours by contacting support@lucinafragrances.com.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

Fees

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to cancellations after order preparation.

Return Policy

Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or faulty.
