Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care team at info@lucinafragrances.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. For hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
