How long does the scent last?
The 180 ml reed diffuser will last up to 3 months and our 500 ml reed diffuser will last up to 7 months. For optimal enjoyment, turn the sticks once a week.
After how long does the fragrance become expired?
After opening the product will last for 2 years. To optimize fragrance quality, we recommend keeping the product out of direct sunlight.
Are refills available?
For the reed diffusers there is a 500 ml liquid available in each scent
How do I return a product?
Sent an email to return@lucinafragrances.com to get a retour form. Once approved, the product will be picked up at your home and brought to our department store.
